1. Service Scope:
Car Detailing Zone provides professional car cleaning, polishing, and detailing services as per the selected package. The exact scope of work may vary depending on vehicle condition and customer requirements. Additional services requested beyond the package will incur extra charges.

2. Appointments & Cancellations:
We recommend booking appointments in advance. Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours prior to the appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee.

3. Vehicle Condition:
Customers must disclose any pre-existing damage or defects in their vehicle. Car Detailing Zone will not be responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, fragile paintwork, or loose fittings.

4. Liability:
While every precaution is taken to ensure the safety of your vehicle, Car Detailing Zone will not be held liable for minor damages caused by standard cleaning procedures, nor for valuables left inside the car. Customers are advised to remove all personal items prior to service.

5. Payment:
Full payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

6. Warranty & Satisfaction:
Our detailing services are designed to enhance your car’s appearance, but results may vary based on the vehicle’s condition and age. We strive for customer satisfaction and will address any concerns reported within 24 hours of service completion.

7. Governing Law:
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Kolkata courts.
